PSL Team are committed to providing comprehensive support for vulnerable individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Our initiatives are designed to serve individuals of all ages and address a range of support needs, from low to high. We firmly believe that every individual deserves access to safe and stable housing solutions.

Our team of outreach workers engages actively with individuals living on the streets, providing immediate assistance and guidance. They conduct regular outreach sessions to connect with those in need and evaluate their specific circumstances. Upon identifying individuals requiring support, our resettlement team facilitates their placement into one of our rolling shelters or emergency accommodations.

Within these secure environments, each resident is assigned a dedicated support mentor. This mentor plays an essential role in guiding individuals through their transition toward semi-independent and ultimately independent living arrangements. They offer personalised support, including assistance with budgeting, job training, and access to mental health resources. This approach ensures that each individual acquires the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in their new living situation. Our holistic methodology emphasizes not only the provision of immediate shelter but also the establishment of a pathway to long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
