We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the company's talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, innovative candidate sourcing techniques, and exemplary interpersonal skills. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, mentor and guide recruitment specialists, and collaborate with department heads to meet the organization's staffing needs effectively. Ideally, the candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in managing recruitment operations, designing recruitment campaigns, and utilizing data-driven approaches to improve hiring outcomes. As a vital member of our HR division, the Recruitment Manager will contribute significantly to shaping a productive and diverse workforce aligned with our organizational goals and culture. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing market conditions to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and improve processes.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment management or a similar leadership role within Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve hiring processes.
